We have a turnover of approximately 130 million SEK and around 25 employees.

About the role:

As a production engineer, you will actively work with new products as well as improvements in existing processes. You will work on the development and optimization of the company's production methods, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvements.

The role includes responsibility for the entire process from calculation to handover of production-secured manufacturing processes. The work encompasses everything from purchasing tools and fixtures to developing guiding documents and training employees.

You will have extensive contact both internally and externally through meetings with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

CNC programming with ISO programming

Robot programming

Preparation and calculation

Design of tools/fixtures

Setting up machines

Running in new details

Requirements

IT knowledge, Office, Edgecam, Solidworks, Inventor is an advantage

CNC knowledge - Fanuc, Siemens

Fluent in Swedish and English

Ability to collaborate

As a person, you are structured, clear, and have a high level of expertise in production technology.

A background as a toolmaker or setter is an advantage.

You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in a team, but also leading yourself in daily work.
